Meet our Team
Dave Henderer
Dave started his carpentry career in 1991 as a carpenter apprentice with a local building company. Since then, he has learned every aspect of being a tradesman, a manager, and a business owner; to this day he never stops learning. Dave is involved in many aspects of the local community including the Rotary Club of Greater Corvallis.
Shelley Henderer
Shelley came onto the team as our office manager, creating systems and managing our day-to-day functions, as well as frequent problem-solving or improving processes to create the well-oiled machine it is today. Shelley has always had a natural ability to create beautiful spaces, both in her own home and others, and moved into our design team manager role seamlessly. Shelley now creates her own designs and manages her own projects, using the natural talent she’s had all along to take clients’ homes to the next level.
In her spare time, she loves to spend time with her four now-grown children, walk and play with her four-legged child Pearl (who is also our in-house design dog), and watch TV, reality shows in particular.
Rylee Henderer
sweeping endless sawdust in the shop, and even building fires in the old wood stove while Dave worked in the shop on winter evenings. She spent a year on our production team, learning the ins and outs of how we build and create beautiful projects. After moving to our support staff position in 2018, Rylee was an integral part of the inner workings of the office. During her time in the office, she found a love for design and began to pursue education in the field while getting her hands into smaller design projects whenever possible.
Rylee graduated from OSU’s College of Business with two bachelor’s degrees- Interior Design and Design & Innovation Management, with a minor in Family Business. She moved into a full-time designer role in 2021 and has been creating beautiful, innovative spaces already. In her spare time she enjoys hiking, watching movies, traveling, and participating in the Benton County All Girls Rodeo committee as their secretary.
Caleb Henderer
Now, Caleb is gaining additional HDB experience as the Office Assistant. His long-term goal is to learn sales.
In his spare time, Caleb enjoys fishing, cooking, and anything that involves spending time on the coast.
Olivia Henderer
Noelle Henderer
She is our Marketing Director and joined our team in 2023. She runs our social media, internal events/newsletters, and more! She enjoys attending various local business networking events and recently joined the Board of Directors for the Corvallis Chamber of Commerce. In Noelle’s free time, she loves spending time outdoors with her family, friends, and her dog. She loves hiking, paddle boarding, and especially camping.
Brianna Duren
as well as a master’s in architecture from the Savannah College of Art and Design. After graduating, Brianna worked as a designer for a firm in Hilton Head, South Carolina doing high end residential design as well as commercial (primarily hospitality & retail) buildings and additions.
In her spare time, Brianna and her husband love exploring new places, hiking, biking and traveling to spend time with their families.
Julie Baron
Julie earned her master’s degree in the field. After interning, becoming licensed, and working at a small architecture firm in Belgium for six years, she relocated to the U.S. in June when her partner received a job offer at Oregon State University. Julie began working here shortly after her move. In her free time, Julie enjoys playing the piano and singing along, working on yarn projects such as crochet and macramé, taking tap dance classes, and spending time cooking.
Ted Iszler
Ted has 3 decades of experience in carpentry with a passion for finish work. He has worked on virtually every aspect of residential construction during his tenure at Henderer Design + Build + Remodel.
Joshua Rowland
he discovered his true passion for remodeling and custom home builds. With 23 years of industry experience, Joshua has cultivated a strong skill set in guiding projects through both the design and construction phases, particularly in design-build environments. He thrives on solving unique challenges that push him to deepen his knowledge in building sciences and innovative construction techniques. Joshua is educated in PHIUS Passive Building standards, allowing him to bring energy-efficient, high-performance solutions to his work.
Outside of work, Joshua is a devoted husband and proud father to three energetic boys. His family enjoys spending their free time exploring the outdoors—hiking, fishing, camping, and clearing trails on their family timberlands, turning every adventure into a memorable experience.
Jacob Reinhart
framing, finish work, demolition, electrical, and plumbing.
Since joining HDBR in 2017, he has been instrumental in ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish. A graduate of West Albany High School, Jacob previously worked with companies like UPS and Weyerhaeuser before finding his niche in construction.
As a former Lead Carpenter, he mastered framing, finish work, demolition, and lead renovation. Now, he oversees project operations with a focus on efficiency and client satisfaction. Outside of work, Jacob enjoys spending time with his wife and children and is actively involved in his church community.
Adam Harms
Adam is a highly skilled general carpenter, finish carpenter, and lead renovator.
Jeff Norman
Since joining the Henderer Design + Build + Remodel team in 2019, Jeff has brought decades of expertise and a keen eye for detail to every project. With over 30 years of experience, he has also developed a deep love for woodworking, crafting violins and other string instruments with the precision of a true artisan.
Lukas Nichols
Lukas grew up in Oregon but moved to Mexico from age 5-9 with his parents where they started a children’s home for kids and their parents. Lu loves games of all sorts. You can catch him running, playing disc golf, making videos, taking photos, or reading the same book for the 5th time.
Bruce Wilson
Known for his attention to detail, Bruce excels in finish carpentry, ensuring each project is completed to the highest standard. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his family, exploring the outdoors, and riding his bike whenever he gets the chance.
Cody Chambers
he is eager to continue growing his skills and expanding his knowledge in the construction and remodeling industry. Cody’s strong work ethic was shaped through his involvement in Benton County 4-H, as well as Philomath High School football and wrestling, where he developed discipline, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence.
Matt Duren
Matt joined the Henderer Design + Build + Remodel team in 2022, bringing a strong work ethic and a passion for teamwork. Outside of work, he enjoys camping, hiking, reading, and spending time outdoors with Brianna. A lifelong sports fan, Matt especially loves cheering on Nebraska football!
Max Iszler
His interest in the construction and remodeling industry was sparked by watching his dad, Ted, working with the HDBR team throughout his childhood. In his free time, Max enjoys playing soccer, working on cars, and exploring video games. He’s excited to continue learning and see where this career path takes him!
Will Yetter
During his college years, he was also an active drummer in both the OSU marching band and the basketball band throughout his entire college career. He began working in construction with his family in California from a young age, gaining experience in remodels and new construction. Since 2015, Will has worked in Oregon, focusing primarily on remodels with an emphasis on framing and roofing. In his free time, he enjoys working on his race car and 4x4s, is an avid country line dancer, and continues his passion for drumming.
Andy Schukis
at Henderer Custom Cabinetry. With a strong background in both management and the hands-on aspects of cabinetry, including fabrication and installation, Andy is a seasoned professional dedicated to exceptional craftsmanship. He holds an Associate of Science in Construction Technology from Lane Community College, pairing his technical education with decades of practical expertise.
Andy treasures time spent with his wife, children, and grandchildren, and enjoys outdoor pursuits such as hunting and fishing. His leadership, attention to detail, and passion for woodworking make him an indispensable member of the Henderer Custom Cabinetry team.
Pearl
She even has her own segment on our social media, so look out for “Pearl’s Picks”! In her spare time, Pearl loves bringing sticks into her house, snoring the day away, showing her toys to everyone she meets, and snuggling at home with her mom, Shelley, after a long day of work.
