The Challenge
The first stage of this 80’s remodel had us renovate down to the studs in almost 60% of the home. We created a bright open living area by reworking the space and updating with new windows and doors.

The Design Build Solution
The homeowners wanted a modern home with a traditional feel. We created this by blending classic lines, accents, and furnishings with contemporary pieces and materials.
-
The Details
We chose traditional and elegant fixtures and materials including quartz countertops, island chandeliers, wood floors, and crown molding.
The arched detail above the stove and window compliments the archway throughout the home.
-
The Details
The master suite has a vaulted ceiling, but it was dark and dreary. We transformed it with accent paint, and additional trim boards to finish.

Planning for the Future
The two young girls share a room with Jack and Jill bath. When it comes to space planning we like to think ahead, so we gave the girls a large double vanity and separate shower area for those teenage years!
